Our Addiction Treatment Program

Restored Life Continuum of Care is an all-inclusive mental health and addiction treatment facility situated in Kokomo, Indiana. We provide a variety of programs for both men and women, including outpatient services, PHP, IOP, and a 28-day inpatient residential program specifically for men. Additionally, our continuum of care includes graduate housing. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering effective support and care to individuals throughout every phase of their recovery journey.

Restored Life Continuum of Care operates four distinct locations in Kokomo, Indiana, providing tailored recovery services for men and women. Our dedicated locations offer a safe and nurturing environment, empowering individuals to embark on their unique journeys of healing and transformation.

Elevate Recovery

Our inaugural women's facility, opened Spring 2022, housing 15 women in different recovery stages.
